Janet Menacher
Ms. Menacher practices in the area of environmental law, including contamination remediation and the recovery of environmental cleanup costs. Ms. Menacher is experienced in complex large scale litigation. Ms. Menacher previously practiced at DLA in England in the area of construction and development, representing major public and private sector clients on both transactional and contentious matters.
Ms. Menacher attended the College of Law, Chester, England and was admitted as a solicitor in England & Wales in 1993 and was admitted to practice law in California in 2013. Ms. Menacher also volunteers locally on a pro bono basis and is a recipient of San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Distinguished Service Award and the State Bar of California’s Wiley W. Manuel Award for her volunteer legal services in 2014.
Ms. Menacher obtained her undergraduate degree in modern languages from the University of Birmingham, England and is fluent in German and French.
Ms. Menacher is a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
